A Guide to Checking In Your Teams for Any Tournament

SilverLakes has partnered with Total Global Sports to simplify the Online Check-In process for all SilverLakes Sports Tournaments. Step 1: Adding Players to the Player Pool

Adding Players to the Player Pool

  • Login to your team account and select your team
  • Select Player Pool from the left navigation
  • Select the arrow next to the SilverLakes Tournament (This opens the team application)
  • Select Online Check-In from the left navigation
Here you will find a list of players that are currently in your player pool.  On the top right, you will find an ADD button. Once you click on the ADD button follow the prompts to add the player(s). Below is the information required for ALL Players:
– Basic Info

First name, Middle name, Last name, Date of Birth, Gender, Email (only required for players 13 and older. Each player must have a unique email address. Siblings, player and parents may not share an email address.)

– Team/Personal

Team (Select the team that the player will be playing on), Position, Jersey Number, Grad Year (only required for players 13 and older)

– Photos/Forms

To help expedite the Online Check-In process we recommend that you upload a headshot style photo of the player

Step 2 and 3: Online Check-In

Online Check-In

  • Login to your team account and select your team
  • Select My Events from the left navigation
  • Select the arrow next to the SilverLakes Event (This opens the team application)
  • Select Online Check-In from the left navigation
  • Each Player is required to a have a head shot style photo and their current player card uploaded.
  • (DA TEAMS ONLY) On the top right-hand corner of the page will be an upload button to upload your Official Team Roster.
Player documents can be uploaded by selecting the button next to each player.
Once documents have been uploaded the team admin/coach will select the Submit for Review button. This will change the button to show the player is in review to get approved. If the player has an issue it will turn the button red next to the player and show the issue for the admin/coach to fix the issue.

Once your roster has been uploaded and your photos of your players have been added then your roster will be reviewed. Once your players have been approved they will automatically display on your event roster.
